• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
• Payment must be made using one of the accepted payment methods listed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We aim to ship your order within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, delivery times are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
• Ownership of products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Risk of loss is also transferred at that point, and we advise contacting the carrier for any shipping-related issues.

5. Customization and Non-Returnable Items

• All personalized or custom-designed products, such as DTF-printed T-shirts and sublimation items, are tailored to your specifications and are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defect. Please double-check your order details before finalizing.
• If your custom product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with proof of damage for resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by SixthHabit or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
