At SixthHabit, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom products that meet your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist with returns, refunds, and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately on the day of delivery. To initiate the return or refund process, please provide us with proof of the damage, such as a video or clear images showing the issue. Once verified, we will promptly work with you to either replace the item or process a refund.


Exchange for Different Size or Color

We understand that sizing and color preferences can vary. If you need an exchange for a different size or color, please review our sizing and color information before requesting an exchange. For items that differ significantly from their online description, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.


Non-Returnable and Customized Items

As a customization store, please note that personalized or custom-printed items made specifically to your design specifications are ineligible for return or refund, except in cases where they are defective or damaged. This policy is in place to ensure all custom orders remain unique and specific to your requests.


Bulk Orders and Special Requests

For bulk or large-scale orders, please review your design and specifications carefully before finalizing the purchase. SixthHabit may not be able to offer returns or exchanges on bulk orders due to the custom nature of these products. However, if any items are damaged or defective, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please reach out to us with your order details. We will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization if eligible. Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for items returned due to damage or defect.
